Do I need to switch my current graft supplier?
No. You can run completeFT or AmnioMax alongside your existing products. There is no exclusivity requirement and no minimum volume commitment.
Does my practice need a DME license to use HealPACK?
For Medicare patients, the HealPACK program runs through DME channels — Encore handles the operational requirements. For non-Medicare payers, a DME license is not required.
Are completeFT and AmnioMax covered by Medicare?
Yes. Both products are fully reimbursable under the 2026 CMS fee schedule at $127.14/cm². CMS withdrew the restrictive LCDs. Coverage is active.
How long does onboarding take?
Most practices are live within 2 weeks. Staff training takes under one hour per role. Your dedicated account manager guides your team through the first order in real time.
What if a claim gets denied?
Upload the EOB to the Partner Portal. Encore's billing team supports documentation for resubmission and appeals. If reimbursement still falls short, Encore credits the difference per their invoice credit policy.
